Flaky Snowmen Rag Quilt features appliquéd snowflake faces on
fringed rag squares combined with fringed four patch blocks. The quilt
front combines flannel and homespun fabric that fray nicely. The back
is soft flannel. A layer of white flannel between the top and bottom
layers peaks through the fringed seams like snow. Rotary cutting directions
